Fixed-cost

$160/hr + GST

The rate we use to calculate all our fixed-cost estimates. With our years of experience, attention to detail and care we take in understanding a project's requirements, we will stand by any fixed-cost quotes we provide.

Run-the-clock -10%

$144/hr + GST

The project is deemed to commence upon briefing, and without the supply of a quote or estimate. Long term clients typically adopt this pricing model, having established a good rapport and trust in our services.

Not-for-profit -25%

$120/hr + GST

An estimate is our best guess at your project requirements, without a fixed value. We can cap our services to reflect your budget.

Project Variations -10%

$144/hr + GST

Sometimes the scope of a project changes while it’s underway, and these project variations will be flagged and charged on a time basis, or a fixed quote can be sought.

Mini Retainer -25%

$600/mth + GST

Our mini retainer is an annual contract for an average of 5 hours of design services per month. Unused hours are rolled over. Excess hours are billed at the same rate (25% off our fixed-cost rate). Invoices are issued monthly. Unused hours expire annually.

Maxi Retainer -40%

$960/mth + GST

Our maxi retainer is an annual contract for an average of 10 hours of design services per month. Unused hours are rolled over. Excess hours are billed at the same rate (40% off our fixed-cost rate). Invoices are issued monthly. Unused hours expire annually.

Social Media Posts -40%

$576/mth + GST

For our clients who want to offload the responsibility of generating regular high quality organic posts. We select from your images and video, draft the text content, add hashtags and links and combine to create dynamic visual posts that engage with your audience. We schedule and publish 4 posts a month to your business page and share these to your favourite groups.

All worthwhile investments come at a cost, and we endeavour to offer clients great returns for choosing to invest in how they present themselves to the world.
